- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a dreadful experience trying to arrange a simple nurse appointment for my elderly deaf father who could not understand the call options. He had called in to try to make an appt at the surgery.. AND WAS TURNED AWAY AND TOLD TO PHONE. This was despite telling them he was unable to use a phone properly. I thought he exaggerated the difficulty until I tried to make an appointment for him. The call options were poorly explained , you had go call different numbersss and overall it took me over an hour to get my call answered........just for a simple appointment! I am taking this further as this is a simply an appalling service.By Admin, June 08, 2017
