- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Just recently moved from Glasgow after 20 years back into this area to register with this practice again as I was at this one previously. It was great that two of the doctors are still at this practice which I was always happy with, however, I cant say the same for B****** (receptionist) she has got terrible attitude when both myself and partner (who has terminal bowel cancer) registered there and were told after trying to make an appointment that they had no record of our forms being handed in and asked if we were sure we put them into that practice. My partner later asked when they eventually found the forms if his medical records has been requested from NHS to be told that they had them, which was a total lie as he got a call from his McMillan nurse to say they hadnt requested them (after 3 weeks). My partner had to see GP after feeling unwell after his chemo session only to be told by him that he didnt know any of his medical history and was told to make another appointment at a later date. I find it totally unacceptable and disgusting that his records had not been requested by them even after he explained to receptionist and also been to practice nurse for a registration medical of his condition in order to process his application form as quick as possible. I am now wishing we had went to another practice but due to my partners health problems we dont want to risk all the waiting time registering at another practice. Maybe the practice manager or doctors should be looking and the incompetent member of staff.By Admin, July 14, 2018
